I build the plan first. If you do not want it, you pay nothing, and I do not ask for money upfront to earn your trust. Two guarantees protect you after that: the 14-Day Launch (your system goes live and starts handling leads within 14 days of kick-off; £25 off the setup fee for every day I am late, where the delay is down to me) and the Night Shift (your website chat replies within 60 seconds, day or night; if it ever slips, that month is free). After the first month you can cancel at any time, without giving a reason.

The site is built in code (Next.js), not a page-builder platform, so it is not locked into a proprietary editor. You keep the domain, which stays in your name throughout, all content, your Google Business Profile, which lives in your own Google account, and every lead the system has collected. If you cancel, the code and a full export are handed over, and you can take them to any developer or hosting provider. The managed service, meaning me keeping the site, the profile and the assistant running, stops, and you decide what happens next.

Because you are not buying a file, you are buying a running system: a live site, a maintained Google Business Profile, a working assistant, and a monthly report on where your leads come from. That is ongoing work, not a one-off delivery.
