How long does a home renovation take?
A full renovation of a 60 sqm flat typically runs 8 to 10 weeks. The exact schedule comes after the site visit.
Do I need planning permission?
Usually not, for non-structural work. If you do, we handle the application for you.
Can I live there during the work?
For partial renovations, yes, we work in stages. For a full renovation, we don't recommend it.
