Our classes
Hatha yoga
Slower pace, longer holds. Ideal if you're just starting out, or want to go easy on your joints.
Vinyasa flow
A dynamic, breath-led sequence. Gets you moving, warms you up, and clears your head.
Spine care
Targeted work for desk jobs: back pain, stiff necks and poor posture.
Small classes
A maximum of 12 people per class
The teacher sees everyone, and can come over to correct you if needed. You don't get lost in a crowd, and it isn't a competitive sport.
Live demo
Ask before you pick up the phone
Quotes a price, and books a slot. Evenings and weekends too.
Studio assistant
Online, answers 0-24
Hi! I'm the studio assistant. I'll show you the timetable, book your spot and sort a membership, even if it occurs to you at midnight.
This is a pre-written example, not a live system. Yours replies with your own services, your own prices, in your own words.
Why people keep coming back
Not a mass class, not a competitive sport. A place you actually feel like showing up to, twice a week.
Maximum 12 people per class
The teacher sees everyone, and can come over to correct you if needed. You don't get lost in a crowd.
Qualified teachers
