Tribloc Lead Intelligence™
Who should your sales team pursue? This guide explains what Tribloc Lead Intelligence does, what you decide at the start and what your team receives.

The intelligence flow: from raw company data to sales-ready context
What your target market becomes before it reaches your sales team. How we run the work is set out in the seven steps further down.
- Raw company data: Names, websites and locations in your target market. Nothing checked yet.
- Evidence: Each finding linked to its source, with a check date. What cannot be confirmed stays marked.
- Account intelligence: Each company profiled against your Ideal Customer Profile: where it fits and where it falls short.
- Prioritisation: Accounts in rank order. Clear matches with your existing customers set aside, uncertain ones flagged.
- Sales-ready context: Why each account made the list, the evidence behind it and the contact route we could verify.
What it is, and who it is for
Who should your sales team pursue? A researched answer, built around how your company sells.
Tribloc Lead Intelligence maps your target market, checks the accounts in it, then ranks the companies your sales team should investigate first. Each prioritised account comes with the evidence behind the recommendation, a clear reason it may be relevant now, and the best decision-maker or contact route we can verify. It is research and prioritisation you can defend. It does not promise that an account becomes a customer.
It is for UK companies that sell to other businesses and have their own sales team: founders who still sell, sales directors planning territories, and teams entering a new region or segment. It is built around how your company sells, not around a generic list.
What you define at the start
Everything starts from your own picture of a good account. We agree it with you on the first call and write it down before any research begins.
- Your target market: the industries or segments you sell into
- Territory: the regions that matter to your team
- Your Ideal Customer Profile: the criteria a good account meets, such as size, sector, number of sites or signs of growth
- Exclusions: companies, sectors or situations to leave out
- Your existing customers and open accounts, so they are handled before anything is ranked
What Tribloc does, in seven steps
The steps describe what happens from your side of the table. The two outputs come after them and are described further down.
The seven steps
- 1 Target: We agree your market, Ideal Customer Profile and exclusions with you
- 2 Discover: We map the companies in that market that may fit
- 3 Verify: We check the evidence at its source and against the accounts you already have
- 4 Evaluate: We assess each account against your criteria, current signals and timing
- 5 Prioritise: We rank the accounts and add the decision-maker or contact evidence we could verify
- 6 Review: A person reviews the results and marks what could not be confirmed
- 7 Refresh: We re-check the market, evidence and signals over time, with your feedback
What evidence means here
Every finding in a brief shows where it came from and when we checked it. We work from publicly available business information, such as company websites, public company registers and published news.
- What we found
- The fact itself, with its source and the date.
- What we conclude from it
- Our reading of what the fact means for your team, marked as our view.
- What we could not confirm
- Gaps stated plainly, instead of filled with a guess.
Prioritisation and decision-maker evidence
We rank accounts by how well they match your criteria, the evidence available, current signals such as a new site or a hiring push, timing, and how practical it is for your team to reach them. You see the reasons behind each position, not only the order. The ranking is a recommendation for your team's judgement, not a forecast.
Where public evidence supports it, we name the role most likely to own the decision, with its source. Where it does not, we give a public business contact route instead, or say that we could not confirm one. We do not invent names or contact details.
Your CRM and existing customers
At the start you can share your existing customers, open accounts and any companies to leave out. Accounts that clearly match them are excluded from the results. Where a match is uncertain, for example a similar trading name or a company within the same group, the account stays in the results and is flagged for your review, so your team makes that call.
What you receive
Account Intelligence Brief
One for each prioritised account. It shows who the company is, how it matches your criteria, what we found and where, why it may be relevant now, and what we could not confirm.
Structured dataset
The same accounts and evidence as a structured dataset prepared for import into your CRM, so your team works from one list instead of copying notes across.
What each brief covers
- Who the company is: name, registered entity where available, website and location
- How it matches your ICP: the criteria it meets, the ones it misses, and any exclusion
- What we found, with the source and the date for each item
- Why it may be relevant now, or a plain statement that we found no current trigger
- Decision-maker or contact evidence where it can be verified: a named role where the evidence supports one, otherwise a public business contact route, each with its source
- Why it is ranked where it is
- What we could not confirm
- Company
- Example Facilities Ltd, Leeds
- ICP match
- Meets 4 of 5 criteria. Misses: fleet size
- Found
- Opened a second depot this year (company news page, checked 2 Sept)
- Why now
- Expansion into a second site
- Contact evidence
- Operations Director, named on the company website
- Not confirmed
- Who supplies them today, and until when
Refresh: re-checking over time
Markets move: companies open sites, hire, merge or close. On a rhythm agreed with you, we re-check the market, the evidence and the signals, add what is new, mark what has changed, and take your team's feedback on earlier accounts into the next cycle.
Pilot and ongoing engagement
Every engagement starts with a pilot on one agreed market and region. Scope, timing and price are agreed with you in writing before it starts.
After the pilot you decide whether to continue. Ongoing work usually means regular refreshes of the same market, new regions or segments, and adjusting your criteria as your team learns which accounts work for them.
PILOT FIRST
Start with a Lead Intelligence pilot
Scoped around your market, geography and sales model.
We start with one agreed market and region and prioritise real companies against your criteria, so you can judge the output before you commit to more.

What Lead Intelligence is not
- Not a contact list you buy. You receive researched accounts with reasons, not a bulk export of names.
- Not outreach. Tribloc does not contact, email, call or message any company on your behalf.
- Not a promise that an account becomes a customer. It shows your team where to look first, and why.
- Not a replacement for your sales judgement. Your team decides who to approach, and how.
- Not an exhaustive census of your market. We show what we could find and check, and say where the picture is incomplete.
Frequently asked questions
UK companies that sell to other businesses and have their own sales team, and want that team's time spent on the accounts most worth it.
No. It is a ranked view of the accounts in your market that match your criteria, each with the reasons and the evidence behind its position. You may receive fewer names than a bought list, and every one comes with its reasoning.
No. Tribloc does not contact, email, call or message any company on your behalf. Your team decides who to approach and how.
No. Where public evidence supports a named role, the brief includes it with the source. Otherwise it gives a public business contact route, or says that we could not confirm one.
You share your existing customers and open accounts at the start. Clear matches are excluded. Uncertain matches stay in the results and are flagged for your review.

The pilot is scoped around your market, geography and sales model. Scope, timing and price are agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
You decide. If you continue, we re-check the market on an agreed rhythm, extend to new regions or segments, and adjust the criteria with your team's feedback.
