Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026.
Who provides the service
Tribloc Lead Intelligence and this website are provided by Benjamin Zsigri, Vas Gereben utca 40., Budapest 1194, Hungary ("Tribloc", "we"). Contact: [email protected]. Full operator details are in the Legal Notice.
What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use the free Tribloc Lead Intelligence research tool (the "app"), whether you connect to it from ChatGPT, from Claude Code or from another assistant, and when you use this website. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's own terms. By using the app you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use it.
Business use only
Tribloc Lead Intelligence is offered only to businesses and to people acting for the purposes of their trade, business or profession. It is not offered to consumers or for private, personal use. By using the app you confirm that you use it for business or professional purposes.
What the app does
You give the app one company website or domain, and optionally the company name, country and industry. It reads that company's public website and a small set of open public records, and returns a short brief: observations with the source URLs they are based on, possible sales opportunities marked either as observed or as a hypothesis to verify, and the coverage, confidence and limitations of the analysis.
- It handles one company per request, and an analysis can take up to about 45 seconds.
- It reads only public sources that need no login.
- It does not send emails or messages and does not look up personal contact details.
- It honours robots.txt and does not bypass bot protection. A website that refuses automated access is reported as such.
We do not charge for using the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app or its results for anything unlawful, including unlawful marketing;
- try to get around its limits, for example by automating requests, splitting a list of companies across many requests, or attempting to overload the service;
- try to access parts of the service that are not offered to you;
- submit content that you have no right to submit.
If you use a result to contact a business, you are responsible for doing so in line with the law that applies to you, including data protection and electronic marketing rules.
How reliable the results are
Results come from public sources at the moment of the analysis. They can be incomplete or out of date, a signal that was not found is reported as unknown, and an opportunity marked as a hypothesis is an inference, not a fact. Check the linked sources before you rely on a result. The app does not give legal, financial or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribloc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data, or for decisions made in reliance on results that have not been independently verified. For the free Tribloc Lead Intelligence app, Tribloc's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Availability and changes
We may change, limit or stop the app, or reject requests, for example to protect the service or the websites it reads. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
Your data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. The courts of Hungary have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service.
