Help with the free Tribloc Lead Intelligence research tool (the "app") and with this website.

Connecting the app

The app has one public address and needs no account or key: https://li.tribloc.co.uk/mcp

  • ChatGPT: turn on developer mode in the settings, create a connector with that address and no authentication, then select it in a chat.
  • Claude Code: run claude plugin marketplace add tribloc-core/tribloc-lead-intelligence and then claude plugin install tribloc-lead-intelligence@tribloc.
  • Other assistants that can connect to a remote MCP server can use the same address.

To help us look into a problem, include the website you asked about, roughly when you ran the analysis, and what you expected to see. Please do not send passwords or other people's personal data.

Before you write: common questions

The analysis says the website refused automated access

The website blocks automated visitors (bot protection or robots.txt). The app respects that and does not try to get around it, so there is little to analyse. You can still research that company by hand.

A signal is marked as unknown

The app did not find evidence for it in the sources it read. Unknown does not mean the company lacks it.

An opportunity is marked as a hypothesis

It is an inference from the evidence, not an observed fact. Check it before you use it in a message.

The request was rejected or took too long

The app handles one company per request and an analysis can take up to about 45 seconds. When the service is busy it may reject a request; try again a little later.

A result looks wrong

Open the source URLs listed with the observation. If the source does not support what the brief says, email us the website and the observation so we can fix it.

For website owners

The app identifies itself with the user agent token TriblocLeadIntelligence and follows robots.txt. To keep it off your site, disallow that token in your robots.txt. You can also email us.

Your data and complaints

Requests about personal data are covered by the Privacy Notice. Complaints are answered in writing within 30 days of receipt, as set out in the Legal Notice. The terms for using the app are in the Terms of Service.
